Marshmallow Maths

This is what happened when we decided to investigate the properties of a marshmallow. My group were in charge of the temperature. It was an awesome way to do maths. (measurement) We learnt lots of new words and new ways of finding out and investigating. I hope we get to do this again. 

Food Questions Responses

This is the form that my group made using Google Forms. We learnt that the best way to questions people is to use tick boxes. Then it is much easier  to graph your responses. Next time I will make a form out of using tick boxes. Learning how to use spreadsheets and the graphs were easy. They are a  fun way to collect data.

How to Write decimals in different ways.

This is my ShowMe. I was practicing how to write decimals in different ways. I found this very easy. My next step is to do this with numbers in the 1000's.

Mixed Numbers

This is a ShowMe explaining how to convert an improper fraction into a mixed number. Once I know what to do and the pattern to use I found it pretty easy. I now want to know how to add mixed numbers.
